What I collect

If you use the chat, I receive what you type — typically your name, an email address or phone number, and details about the shoot you’re asking about. The chat is an automated AI assistant (it says so right in the window), and everything you tell it is used for one purpose: preparing your quote and getting back to you.

Like most websites, this site is hosted on a platform (WordPress.com) that may set basic cookies needed for the site to function.

Where your information goes

Chat conversations are processed by Cloudflare (which runs the chat and its AI — conversations are not used to train AI models) and, when you request a quote, delivered to me by Resend (an email service) into my Google email inbox. That’s the whole chain. I do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone beyond these service providers.

What I keep

The chat system itself stores nothing — your conversation lives only in your own browser and disappears when you close the tab. If you submit a quote request, it arrives in my email and I keep it as an ordinary business record while I work with you.

Your choices

You never have to use the chat — you can email me at kyled@kodok.studio instead. And if you’d like an inquiry you sent me deleted, just ask and I will remove it.
